Was nominated for the first time to MOEX Supervisory Board by the Bank of Russia.
Alexey Kudrin is a member of Personnel and Remuneration Commission of MOEX Supervisory Board.
Starting from October 1990 he worked as deputy chairman of the Committee on Economic Reform in Executive Committee of the Leningrad City Council.
After liquidation of the Committee for Economic Reform, he joined Committee. From 1991 to 1992 served as Vice-Chairman at Committee for Economic Development. From August 1992 to 1993 – Chairman of St Petersburg Main Finance Office at City Administration. From 1993 to June 1996 года – Deputy Mayor, First Deputy Mayor, Member of City Government, Chairman, Economic and Finance Committee, St Petersburg City Administration.
Since 1996 hold the following offices in the RF Government: Deputy Director, Presidential Administration, Director of Presidential Administration's Control Department, First Deputy Finance Minister, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government, Finance Minister, Chairman of the National Banking Council, Chairman of the Government and Finance Minister.
Alexey Kudrin graduated from Leningrad State University in 1983, he also received a degree in economics.

Andrey Golikov is a member of the Strategic Planning Commission, Budget Commission and chairs the Personnel and Remuneration Commission.
Andrey Golikov was Deputy Head for dealing in Aeroflot Bank.
Since 1996 he has served in Operational Department, Department for Treasury Funds Management and Financial Markets Operations at Sberbank of Russia.

Andrey Golikov graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Department of Mechanics & Mathematics in 1991.
Prior to joining Moscow Exchange, he spent 13 years at Bank WestLB Vostok, a subsidiary of the German banking group WestLB AG, most recently as a Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board. Prior to his work at WestLB, Mr Afanasiev was an Executive Board member of Bank Imperial.
From 2005 to 2011 Mr Afanasiev was Chairman of the MICEX FX Market Council. From 2009 to 2013 he co-chaired the National Foreign Exchange Association and from 2011 to 2014 the National Securities Market Association.
Mr Afanasiev has been working in the Russian financial sector since 1991. He worked at the Bank of Russia earlier in his career, and was among the founders of the Russian Project Finance Bank, the first investment bank with foreign capital in Russia.
He subsequently served as Executive Director of this bank. Alexander Afanasiev graduated from the Moscow Financial Institute with a degree in international economic relations and holds a PhD in economics.
First was elected to MOEX Supervisory Board in 2013, nominated for election by European Bank of Reconstruction and Development as independent director.
Nicola Beattie chairs MOEX Strategy Planning Commission and is a member of Audit Commission of MOEX Supervisory Board.
In 1996-2008 was serving as a Managing director in Merrill Lynch International, after leaving the company she incorporated and became a CEO of NBXC (performs trading operations under Market Structure Partners trade name).
Since 2011 was a non-executive director and a member of the Board in Kepler Cheuvreux International Ltd, and since 2013 chairs Aquis Ltd.
Since 2012 Nicola was serving as a member of Regulatory Decisions Committee of the Financial Conduct Authority (UK).
In 1998 Nicola Jane BEATTIE received a BSc Honours from Birkbeck College, London University.

Mikhail Bratanov is a member of the Commission for Personnel and Remuneration, Audit Commission, Risk Management Commission and chairs the Budget Commission of MOEX Supervisory Board, independent director.
From 2003 to 2007 Mr. Bratanov headed the Department of correspondents' network and corporate relations of the Rosbank Depository.
Since 2007 serves as Head of Societe Generale Securities Services in Russia and CIS, Head of Securities Services Department at Rosbank.
From 2008 is a member of PARTAD, Professional Association of Registrars, Transfer Agents and Depositories.
In 2009 – 2012 he was a member of Computershare Registrar Board, and from 2010 to 2013 was a member of National Settlement Depository (NSD) Board.
Mikhail Bratanov graduated from National Research University of Electronic Technology (Technical University) in 1996, he also has a degree in economic sciences.
In 2011 Mr. Bratanov received an Executive MBA from the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. Certified professional corporate Director (Institute of Directors (UK)).
Yuan Wang was nominated for the first time by Chengdong Investment Corporation as an independent director.
Yuan Wang is a member of the Strategy Planning Commission and Audit Commission of MOEX Supervisory Board.
The professional experience of Yuan Wang includes working for Yanbei, Agency for Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation in 1976-1978.
From 1978 to 1987 Ms. Wang was a lecturer in Beijing Central University for Finance and Economics.
From 1987 to 1995 served for the World Bank.
In 1995 - 1998 served as a director at the People's Bank of China and from 1998 to 2001 was a deputy for international finances in China Development Bank.
From 2001 to 2006 was an advisor for Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong.
From 2006 to 2012 she was back to the China Development Bank as the Head for training and education and the senior economist.
In 2007-2013 was an independent director of China Merchant Securities.
In 1976 she graduated from Shanxi University with a Bachelor of Art degree. In 1986-1987 she studied at the University of Bradford, UK and in 1996-1998 in China Europe International Business School.
First was elected to MOEX Supervisory Board in 2013.
Sean Glodek is a member of the Strategy Planning Commission, Budget Commission and Personnel and Remuneration Commission; nominated for election by the Russian Direct Investment Fund.
Sean Glodek started his career in M&A Department in Goldman Sachs in 1996.
He also worked for Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers.
Since 2008 Mr. Glodek had headed the Warsaw office of Darby Private Equity, until in 2011 he joined the Russian Direct Investment Fund as a Director, member of Executive Board.
In 2004 Sean Glodek received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and in 1996 a BA in Economics from Stanford University.

Mr. Valery Goreglyad was elected as the member of Risk Management Commission of MOEX Supervisory Board.
In 1981-1985: an Engineer at design bureau of Vympel Engineering Plant; until 1989 he was a Secretary of VLKSM Tushino Regional Committee, Moscow, and from 1989 until 1991 was a Secretary, Moscow City Committee of VLKSM.
In 1991-1994: Director at Odissey, JSC.
In 1994-2001: Head of Administration, Committee for Budget, Tax Policy, Finance, Foreign Exchange, and Customs Regulation and Banking at the Russian Federation Federal Assembly Federation Council.
In 2001 was appointed a Representative in RF Federation Council by the Sakhalin Regional Administration. Valery Goreglyad was Deputy Chair of the Budget Committee. Since January 2002 until January 2004 was First Deputy Chair at the Federation Council of the RF Federal Assembly.
In May 2004 was appointed an auditor of the Account Chamber in the Area of Federal Budget Expenditures on Education, Science, Health and Culture.
In 2010-2013 was a Deputy Chairman of the Account Chamber of the Russian Federation.
Since 2013 has served as the Chief auditor at Bank of Russia.
He graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute in 1981.

In 2005 - 2010 he was a Chairman and Treasury Head, Senior Vice president and Treasury Head, Senior Vice president for Financial Department of VTB Bank.
Since 2008 Yury Denisov is a member of the Supervisory Board of the National Clearing Centre.
In 2010 – 2011 was a Deputy Chairman of MICEX Executive Board.

Bella Zlatkis is a member of Personnel and Remuneration Commission, nominated for election to the Supervisory Board by Sberbank. She also chairs National Settlement

In 1970 Bella Zlatkis served for the Ministry of Finance RSFSR as the economist, Senior and Chief economist, Head of Department for industrial investments, Deputy Head for Organization of Financial Markets, and Head of Internal State Debt Department.
Since 1991 till 2004 Bella Zlatkis was holding positions in the Ministry of Finance, first as the Head of Department for Government Securities and Financial Market and later as the Deputy Minister of Finance.

Anatoly Karachinsky is a Member of the Council for Business Competitiveness under the RF Government, Hi-tech and Innovations Committee under the RF Government, and Expert Council for Electronic Education at the Education and Science Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the Expert Council for Information Technologies under the RF Ministry of Information Technologies and Communication, and Member of Polytechnic Museum Board of Trustees.

Mr. Rainer Riess is a member of the Risk Management Commission, the Strategy Planning Commission and chairs the Audit Commission of MOEX Supervisory Board.
In 1995-2013 Mr. Riess chaired Xetra Steering Committee and served as Managing Director in Deutsche Borse AG.
